SAP Upgrade to EHP7 - Error in phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD!

SAP Upgrade ehp7- Error in phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD!

Hello guys,

I am doing an Ehp 7 upgrade of ABAP only system from Ehp 6 to Ehp7 for SAP ECC 6.0 system.

We have successfully completed all phases untill "Checks" phase where during the phase step PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD!. The SUM (SP 12 patch 9) tool is getting terminated unexpectedly with the following error :

Last error code set: System error: Not enough space<br/> Error scanning output for task id TABTEST

  A trouble ticket and an archive with all relevant log files have been generated.

  Trouble ticket: "/<directory>/EHP7/SUM/SUM/abap/log/SAPup_troubleticket.log"

  Log archive: "/<directory>/EHP7/SUM/SUM/abap/log/SAPup_troubleticket_logs.sar"

Repeat phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD to continue at the point it stopped

Repeat the module from the beginning

Exit program

Initialize phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD to restart it from the beginning

I already resize the following tablespaces :

PSAPSR3

PSAPSR3731

PSAPSR3USR

PSAPTEMP

PSAPUNDO

SYSAUX

SYSTEM

I resize the filesystem where the SUM is and it has 375Gb free.

I checked the TRADIMP.LOG :
