We are planning an EHP Upgrade from ERP 6.0 EHP4 to ERP 6.0 EHP6/7 (still deciding which one). Our goal is to perform this upgrade using Combined Upgrade & Unicode Conversion (CU&UC) as described in note 928729
When accesing note its says document is not released, anyone is experiencing the same issue?

Is this scenario possible or only when source release is lower than 7.0? My previous experience was 4.7X200 to SAP ERP6 EHP6
Can we combine upgrade/unicode conversion from NW 7.01 to NW 7.31/NW 7.4?
Any ideas welcomed!
