TP error 16 but transport ok

Hi, we have SAP on Iseries and kernel to level 711 (THE LAST for 720 unicode). Now in STMS we have sometimes error 16 unknow step but the transport is ok.

and this is the detail.  Where is the problems?  Have Someone a solution?   Thanks
