SAP ERP6.0 EHP4 upgrade from Windows 2003 32bit server to Windows 2008 64bit

Hi Experts,

we have ERP6 EHP4 sap server on Win2003 32bit architecture.

Recently microsoft has outdated win2003 with no support. so we have to upgrade os from 2003 to 2008 ans 64bit architecture.

Kindly suggest if we can do this by Hetrogenious system copy menthod.

if so, please suggest with some key point to be considered while doing the same.

we have no option to directly upgrade the curren 32bit architecture, we have to change the entire hardware to 64bit and then need to install fresh OS and then do installation.

Please provide your help.
