We just upgraded our system to EHP 6.
For MSS we did not go with the AddOn but instead upgraded to MSS BP 1.5
We intent to use only WDA applications, however, since we have not taken Add on, we have not activated the Switch HCM_MSS_WDA_1.
Will this be a problem?
If done this way, are there any prereq steps to consider.
I refered following link and from the prereq list, we activated switches:
HCM_ESS_WDA_1
HCM_ECM_CI_1
HCM_ECM_CI_2

We somehow are not achieving the desired results.
One key problem is, for Links "Compensation Comparisons & Comp Profile, within the Planning Pages, system displays error msg, "There is no iView available for system "SAP_ERP_HumanResources": object "employee". For more information, contact your administrator"
Secondly, the Compensation Planning Pages do not display data in few fields.
Thirdly, When Application Parameters are set to "HCM_ECM_PROFILE_OIF" and Configuration set to "HCM_ECM_PROFILE" in for Compensation Profile, System gives error " The Application cannot be started because the Person ID is missing. If HRTMC_EMPLOEE_Profile application is running is ESS, it determines the required ID from user and therefore does not require and ID transfer.
Need experts guidance.
