Upgrade issue in Extraction phase

Hello Team,

I need your inputs or comments on the below issue in the process of Ehp7 upgrade with SUM tool latest version.

Please check the below error notes,..

Severe error(s) occurred in phase PREP_INPUT/KX_CPYORG!

Last error code set: Failed to copy 4 files, check 'KX_CPYORG.LOG' for details

Trouble Ticket Generation

trouble ticket and an archive with all relevant log files have been generated. Trouble ticket: "D:\Software\SUM\abap\log\SAPup_troubleticket.log" Log archive: "D:\Software\SUM\abap\log\SAPup_troubleticket_logs.sar"

Please help me out,..hangged at this point.
