No application server found on database host - rsh/gateway will be used

Dear SAP GURUS,

We have one central instance and one application instance in our productive environment of SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4 on AIX6.0

One days back due to memory issue application on central instance, application automatically stopped , central instance is on clustering of OS, after analyzing we are started the SAP application only on central instance , not on application instance.

After that we observed that the no database related job is working properly, somtimes it runs and somtimes it got failed in DB13, in failed job logs we found that it shows that "No application server found on database host - rsh/gateway will be used"

we observed that in SM51 it shows the wrong hostname of central instance.

We had checked the Hosts file on OS level it has

one ip is there which is as follows

Hostname of the system is RELPRD but it is picking RELPRD_svc

We alse had checked the RFC SAPXPG_DBDEST_RELPRD from application instance it throws the following error.

But no connection error we found if we run it through central instance.

even we can not able to read any detailed logs of the jobs of db13 through application instance but it can be read thrugh with central instance.

I think that we should take the restart of the application of SAP properly.
