erp installation on solaris 11 with oracle db

Hi.

We are installing ERP ehp7 on solaris 11 with oracle DB. we are in the middle of installation ( perform oracle posr load activities) and we are getting the error during this phase as

"process call '/usr/sap/MED/SYS/exe/uc/sunx86_64/brconnect -u / -c -f chpass -o SAPSR3 -p XXXXXX' exits with error code 5. For details see log file(s) brconnect.log.)"

Initaillay while installing we have given master password , which contains @ . how to change now.

Kindly help us to resolve this issue
