I am performing ICNV conversion in the SCM 7.0 > SCM 7.0 EHP3 upgrade for minimizing downtime.
Not sure about the steps to execute in ICNV..opened ICNV and initializsed data transfer as per the instruction in it.

but seeing the message as 100 % done and data transfer initially ended.
and the PROC status for both the tables in red colour and on HOLD status.
please help me with a few guides and docs for performing ICNV conversion.
what is the error in my case and how to resolve ..triggered jobs in SM37..ICNV-SHEEP in finished stataue and ICNV-SHEPERD in released status.
I will appreciate your help.
