the error in phase 'DDIC_ACTIVATION'

I finish update kernel, and spam finish.

and now, i will update support packed, but first error is:

I finish insert support packed to /usr/sap/SID/trans/EPS/in

and trying execute ==> Support Package-Import queue

Error during executing the tp command 'tp ACT ALL SBX ...'
