Send an object with a note GOS

Hi,

I've achieve to send myself an object (Sales order) with a note (text). I've received the mail with the note text in the mail and an an attachment with the  object. However the attachment object (sales order) is a notepad with an URL that links me to Netweaver Bussiness client. I log on and I can see the Sales Order in SAPGUI, but...

Is it possible to assign the sales order form instead an URL? I'd like to be able to send a note with an object to a customer thas has no SAP system.
