Single Change Request during upgrade

hi,

We are trying to upgrade ECC 5.0 ( sand box environment ) to ERP 6.0 EHP5 using SApup tool,Currently

We are in configuration phase .Now its prompting to enter the change request as shown below,

"Enter a Single Change Request that you want to include into the procedure.

If you do not want to include a Single Change Request, leave the field empty"

Can any one suggest us what we need to enter in the field.
