Third party maintenance is gaining some momentum recently and is making headlines both in terms of savings and lawsuits . I thought I would start a healthy discussion to talk about the pros and cons of this approach .
It is surprising that there is no discussion about this topic on SCN and there are no results for the keyword Riministreet. Could it be a case of SAP trying to censor everything about it? Hope my post makes it way to the forum.
I would like to know any experiences about using this model of support and if there were any disasters.
